Terms of Play: The Clauses Players Actually Collide With
Why this page exists
The full terms are a long document because a gaming licence requires them to be. This page is a summary of the parts players actually collide with, written so that nobody has to read forty clauses to learn that a bonus expires. Where the two disagree, the full document governs, and it is reachable from inside your account.
Your account
One account per person, household, IP address and payment method. The name on the account must match the name on the identity documents supplied later, and an account opened in a false name is void along with anything won on it. You may not let anybody else use your account, and you may not use anybody else's.
The account currency is chosen at registration and cannot be changed afterwards. Australian players should choose AUD, because every other option adds a conversion at both ends. Eighteen is the minimum age, and we verify it.
Bonuses and wagering
Every offer states a wagering multiplier, an expiry, a maximum bet while playthrough is running, and a table of how much each game category contributes. All four bind you the moment the offer is accepted. Our welcome package carries fifty-times wagering on the bonus amount, a minimum qualifying deposit of AU$20, and a conversion ceiling of AU$5,000 or six times your combined deposits.
Free spins credited at sign-up carry the same fifty-times requirement and convert at a ceiling of AU$200. Pokies contribute in full to playthrough; table games, video poker and live-dealer tables contribute little or nothing, and the current percentages live in the full terms because studio agreements change. Exceeding the maximum bet while a bonus is active can void that bonus and anything won from it.
Withdrawing cash funds while a bonus is in playthrough forfeits the bonus and its winnings. The cashier warns you before this happens. Bonus abuse — coordinated accounts, low-risk covering bets, or deliberate exploitation of a promotion's mechanics — voids the offer and may close the account.
Payments, limits and verification
Deposits start at AU$10 on cards, PayID, Neosurf and cryptocurrency, and at AU$20 by bank transfer. Withdrawals start at AU$20 and are capped at AU$10,000 across any seven-day window, with larger balances paid in consecutive tranches. Loyalty tiers can raise that ceiling.
Money leaves by the route it arrived on wherever that route can receive it, which is an anti-money-laundering condition rather than a preference. Where it cannot — a Neosurf voucher, for instance — the payout is directed to a verified bank account or wallet. We charge nothing on any withdrawal method; an intermediary bank may.
Identity verification is requested once, before the first payout: photo identification, a document showing your address dated inside the last three months, and an image of any card used with the middle digits obscured. Payouts are held until it is complete. We may repeat the request if the details on file change.
When we close an account
We will close an account for a false name, a duplicate registration, an underage holder, bonus abuse, an active self-exclusion elsewhere that we become aware of, or conduct towards our staff that no workplace should tolerate. Where the closure follows fraud, balances are void. Where it follows a self-exclusion or a request from you, the balance is returned after verification.
You may close your account at any time through live chat, without giving a reason. Nothing on this site penalises you for leaving, and nothing prevents you from returning unless a self-exclusion is running. Anything liable to change — promotional terms, weighting tables, processing windows — should be confirmed inside your account before you rely on it; the casino updates them as agreements move.
